The Matthew Needham's Treasure Chest was set up by us his parents after Matthew aged only 9 yrs old passed away in his mum's arms on the 17th November 2004. The charity has raised over £65,000 and purchases vital medical equipment for Glenfield PICU and childrens ward 30. We also help to support children and special needs groups in the Leicestershire area with both medical and personal equipment.

The idea of Matts big adventure is for as many people as possible to take his photo on holiday or an outing anywhere local or around the world. As a charity we have set this web site up to show all his special adventures and the wonderful places you have taken him.

The idea then is please take a photogragh holding Matthews Picture in unusal or exotic interesting places. Any location, destination, event, theme park, garden, and location around the globe. Then please download your image and piccy to matts email address mattstreasure@btinternet.com
Images will be then placed on Matts Big Adventure web site for all to view and enjoy.

If you wish to take part a £5.00 donation is required for the photograph which also covers the postage. (UK ONLY)
